Initial Injury Assessment

Athletes in the academy will start the training program with an Initial Injury Assessment. This assessment will discover any musculoskeletal deficiencies and imbalances. This information will allow for us to create an Athlete Maintenance Program that is specialized to each athlete.

Athlete Maintenance Program

The Athlete Maintenance Program will consist of exercises that are designed to increase strength in key areas on the athletes bodies to allow for increased performance and a substantially lower chance of injury. Each athlete will have an individualized program that caters to their specific needs and will be done outside of scheduled training sessions.

Manual therapy

Manual Therapy is a hands on technique that relaxes the athletes muscles and reduces inflammation—Dry Needling,Cupping, Sports Massages, etc. . Manual Therapy will be conducted during the weeks of competition for athletes competing. Manual/Physical Therapy will be heavily discounted for any time while with the academy.
